The
government has barred the gas dealers and retailers from selling other daily
commodities, according to the new arrangement.
The new regulation that which will come into effect from June 15 bars the retail shops selling rice, grains and other consumable commodities from getting a permission to sell Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG), popularly known as cooking gas.
Secretary at the Ministry
of Commerce and Supplies Lalmani Joshi said that the gas dealers will be
allowed to sell gas stove, regulator, regulator pipe and other maintenance
