RBB, F1Soft join hands to provide mobile banking services



Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) and F1Soft International signed an agreement that will help the bank to provide mobile banking services to its customers.
Chief executive of the bank Krishna Prasad Sharmaand chief executive of F1Soft International Subash Sharma signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations, at the bank on the occasion of the bank’s 49th anniversary.
Customers of Rastriya Banijya Bank can now use their mobile phones to avail services like balance enquiry, transaction alerts, transaction history and fund transfer facilities.
Likewise, customers will also be able to purchase recharge cards or topup services which include Nepal Telecom, Ncell, Broadlink and Dish Home services, according to F1Soft International. "Customers will also soon be able to make payments to merchants using the Fonepay service and also load their e-Sewa wallets."
With a history of almost half a century and a strong customer base of around 1.7 million, Rastriya Banijya bank is one of the pioneers and largest banks in the country.
Similarly, F1Soft International is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company that is the leader in providing transaction banking products such as mobile and internet banking solutions. Established in 2004, the company has its presence in Nepal, Singapore, Cambodia, India and Bangladesh and currently employs 120 people.
