Crystal Kanchanjanga can sit for brokers' test

Crystal Kanchanjanga Securities can sit for the aspirant brokers' practical examination on October 9, said the Supreme Court in its decision on disqualification of some of the aspiring stock brokers to sit for Nepse's practical examination scheduled for October 9.
Other six applicants, which had moved the court, however did not get any relief in the matter.
Seven of the disqualified companies had filed cases, asking the court to let them participate in the practical examination on October 9. Nepse had disqualified Crystal Kanchanjanga Securities because its then managing director was found to be working with another listed company.
However, the company insisted that the managing director had duly resigned from his job and therefore, the firm should be allowed to appear in the exam. According to Nepse, only the managing director of the company can participate in the written test.
